Ricky is a Mixed Martial Artist speciallising in Muay Thai & Brazillian Ji Jitsu he has trained for many years alongside a rigirous gym & nutrition plan. Ricky won his most recent fight held as part of the South West Fighting Championships by submission hold. Kieffer Moore
Kieffer is a Proffesional footballer currently playing in the Championship for Yeovil Town and has scored goals this season in the FA cup and the league including a vital goal away at Nottingham Forest. Standing at 6ft 5" he is expected to be a powerful centre forward and was used to bullying defenders at non-league level, In his first proffesional season this has proved more difficult and Kieffer being a Next Step sponsored athlete will use our high protein sports nutrition products in order to build his physique to suit his game.

Josh has competed in Judo since a young age placing in the British Schools Championship & in the Western Area Championships, In addition to this Josh is a competitive Powerlifter gaining South West and British titles in various age categories in Bench Press & Deadlift.
